Flexible combined line for manufacturing milk rolls and rectangular pizza bases.
With this special configuration bakery products baked on trays, including from other production lines, can be introduced into the system which includes baking, turn out, packaging and, not least, washing and drying of trays.
For special products requiring exceptionally long rise times (in some cases up to 8 hours) a static proving cell for trolleys can also be integrated. A further line configuration is available with a completely automated bakeINDUSTRY step proofer.
